At Loveora.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal use items
• Clearance / discounted products
• Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method.
• COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer / UPI.

Return Shipping

• If product is defective or wrong item delivered, return shipping will be covered by us.
• For customer preference returns, shipping charges may apply.
